Real-time intelligence
for every sewing station
Discover constraints as they happen. Route tasks automatically.
Stop guessing, start knowing.
What sewing intelligence enables
Find constraints early
Find bottlenecks when they emerge, not after they've impacted output. Machine stoppages, inconsistent pace, proficiency, fatigue—all visible as they happen, enabling preventive intervention instead of reactive damage control.
Metrics replace guesswork
Know what's happening at every sewing station with measured data: stoppage frequency, pace consistency, proficiency scores, stamina patterns, and precise machine runtime. Management decisions based on reality, not assumptions.
Actionable insights instead of firefighting
Shift from crisis mode to informed orchestration. When you see issues developing in real-time, you can address them before they cascade. Industrial engineers move from fighting fires to strategic optimization.
Two things make it work

Meet Seambit
Intelligence at each sewing station
- It installs in under 2 minutes
- Works with any sewing machine*
- Attaches with a sticker—no machine modifications
- Self-calibrates, self-updates, over Wifi

Meet Tally
your AI production assistant
- Tally discovers constraints in real-time
- Routes tasks to the right stakeholders
- Intelligent notifications, not alert spam
- Theory of Constraints, automated
What you gain
Track it as it happens
See what's happening on your floor right now, not hours later in shift reports. Real-time updates, on desktop and mobile.
learn more →Discover constraints, on autopilot
Theory of Constraints applied continuously to your live production data. Know which stations limit throughput and why.
learn more →Track machine runtime
The only system that measures actual needle-in-fabric time. Track each machine to the exact moment they need the next schedule maintenance.
learn more →Train operators better, faster
Objective performance metrics show exactly when operators reach proficiency. Shorten training timelines safely with measured progression.
learn more →Measure performance fairly
Management decisions based on measured behavior, not supervisor perception. Objective data that supports fair evaluation.
learn more →Learn from every shift
Complete production history maintained, indefinitely. Assess performance, identify patterns, enable continuous improvement.
learn more →We do sewing intelligence.
Partners do everything else.
With OpenSeam, you get actionable insights from your sewing operations—that's it. It does not replace your ERP, MES, PLM, or planning tools. It complements them with sewing intelligence that they can't capture themselves.
We tell you this with absolute candor, because everything beyond sewing intelligence—from design to logistics—requires partner solutions.
You understandbly wish for more, and you should demand more from your existing systems. Our data integrates with most existing software and cloud suppliers, likely including your existing systems.
Trusted by manufacturing leaders
We only just started deploying seambits, in pilot factories with leading manufacturers in Puerto Rico, Honduras, Los Angeles, Thailand, India and Bangladesh.

Works with machines you already have
OpenSeam doesn't require specific machine models or machine connectivity standards. Seambits use onboard smart sensors to detect motion—they work with any industrial sewing machine regardless of manufacturer, age, or specialization.
From 1960s equipment to current models. Brother, Juki, Singer, Pegasus, or any other brand. Lockstitch, overlock, flatlock, or specialty machines. If you use it for garment production, and it does not have more than 2 needles (embroidery machines with 2+ needles will be supported soon), a seambit will work on it.

Simple pricing,
no hidden fees
Seambits
$20.-
per device, one-time cost.
One seambit required per sewing station. No recurring hardware fees.
Annual license
$0.40
per workday, per station.
Billed annually at the beginning of the contract cycle.
That's it. No tiers, no complex contracts.
Example: 1,000 stations × 300 workdays = $20,000 devices + $120,000/year license
Whether you have 100 machines or 10,000, the pricing is the same, transparent before any sales conversation. Also, only pay for production days, not holidays or shutdowns.

All implementations start with a trial, so that you may evaluate the technology, take time to plan the full implementation, and so that we may prove to the impact it will have at scale.
Trial benefits and terms:
- Deploy on 1 or 2 production line to evaluate
- Full access to all features during trial, no limit on users
- 60 days trial and evaluation period
- Simplified procurement for moving to full deployment
